Nutrition advice

Eating well, both for fuelling exercise and recovery, is key to improving the quality of your training.


To get a good understanding of your nutritional needs, we ask you to keep a food diary for a week.

The diary records everything you eat and drink during a 7-day period, alongside your training sessions.

Your diary is analysed and you receive a personalised report showing your nutritional intake by food group, as well as detailed advice for enhancing your diet.


General nutrition advice is also available for all coached athletes looking to optimise their training.
