Run coaching

New to running, Park Run fanatic, or experienced marathoner - whatever your personal running challenge, our individualised training programmes, based on heart rate (HR) and/or pace, can help.


Balancing the use of interval, tempo, fartlek, steady, long and easy runs with specific functional conditioning and running form drills will assist in your running development for improved performance.



£40 per month (minimum 4 month period).
