Arch 2 Arc - Enduroman Coaching
The world's hardest triathlon!
After the success of 2019 Enduroman #43, Daniel Coughlan, 2023-25 has seen us working hard alongside entrants Paul Robinson, Claire Smith, Jake Taylor, Lyndsey Blair, Reka Udvardy and John Philips. Following a 52 week training plan, and after waiting several days for a suitable weather window, Paul departed Marble Arch at 21:00 on Thursday 12th September, and arrived at the Arc de Triomphe at 19:04 on Sunday 15th September.
With an elapsed time of 67 hours and 3 minutes, he broke the existing non-wetsuit record by 2 hours and 23 minutes. Whilst this may seem a substantial margin, the event was far from uneventful with both a challenging run and swim in particular.

Jake also reached Paris in 92 hours and 30 minutes and Lyndsey became the first Scot to complete the challenge in 95 hours and 11 minutes.
We create bespoke training packages to assist in the preparation for the run from London to Dover (87 miles), English Channel swim (21 miles) and Calais to Paris bike (181 miles). Each one is crafted according to personal needs to identify and address the key physiological and psychological development needs for each athlete.
Support includes guided long swims, sea swims, night swims, long bikes and run/walk sessions as required with regular Zoom calls and guidance on the necessary logistical preparations. Information on coaching fees are available here: https://www.appliedtri.co.uk/coaching/
